Who We Are

Hi.  I'm Joseph Camosy and I'm the owner and operator of Zen Pens.  A pen enthusiast and collector for several years, I came to realize that one of the special things about writing with a fine pen was the way it could transform the act itself and promote a state of mindfulness by slowing down the process and making it more sensual.   As one who has studied and meditated in both the Eastern and Western religious traditions, I recognized this manner of writing for what it was - a form of meditation.   

It is our goal to promote the use of pens and writing as an aid to mindfulness; as a way to help people discover the calm, aware and centered part of themselves.

While I do not yet deal with all the pen companies that are out there, I will be bringing in a larger variety of models soon.  And although I may not show every product available from the companies that I do deal with I can almost always get you what you need and want from any company that I am in business with at a competitive price.

As of 1/24/04 listings have been registered with the BBB (Better Business Bureau),  and D&B (Dun and Bradstreet). 

Id like to leave you now with an introduction to my favorite place where we live here in Delray -  the Morikami Japanese Gardens.   Take a peaceful walk, enjoy the Zen gardens, and  relax awhile.
